North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) website is the best resource to stay up to date on the state’s response, case data, frequently asked questions, guidance and government orders in response to COVID-19. Individuals who have specific needs related to food, shelter, energy assistance, housing, parenting resources, health care, substance abuse treatment, as well as specific resources for older adults, persons with disabilities, and much more should dial 2-1-1 or 888-892-1162 for assistance.

NCCARE360 COVID-19 Response

To be responsive to the growing needs of health care and human service organizations serving North Carolina during this pandemic, NCCARE360 is taking steps to ensure statewide coverage and access to the network.

Expedited Onboarding

To ensure all organizations have access to the NCCARE360 network, we are expediting onboarding. Any organization wishing to join NCCARE360 will have the ability, regardless of their location. Remaining organizations that are not able to onboard during this expedited time period can still onboard during our regular statewide rollout.

Organizations ready to join NCCARE360 should:

To join the network, you will need to complete one of the registration forms below:
Partner Registration Form: If your organization provides services outside of COVID-19 priority areas or is operating at a reduced capacity, complete the form here.
Rapid Response Registration Form: If your organization provides services in response to COVID-19 and is able to help clients at this time, you may onboard quickly via this form here.
Users are required to attend a software training to receive login credentials. Register yourself and your team for upcoming software training here.

COVID-19 Updates

We are currently working very closely with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and NC 211 to share important messages about COVID-19 to the community through the NCCARE360 network and other newsletter subscribers. We are working with organizations already in the network to update their information to reflect any changes caused by COVID-19.
